Unarmed you say? Isn't this game called running with RIFLES? Well, yes, but hear me out.
What I really want to talk about/suggest is the possibility of giving massive speed bonuses to unarmed (and body-armor-less) characters. So I know the limited ammo question could spark a large debate, and that's not what I'm intending with this topic.
